RECOMMENDED USE FOR ADULTS:
●Take 1 capsule 1 hour before or after meals 3 times a day.

PRECAUTIONS:
●This product contains Taheebo and therefore should not be taken together with Aspirin, Ticlopidine, Gingko Biloba, Ginseng, Warfarin, and Heparin.
