We test all the units before we send to the courier, and we ensure that theres no damage whatsoever.  As shoppee uses a third party courier to deliver the products, its inevitable that they might mis-handled the product even if we mark the package fragile. we disclaim any damage the courier may cause to the item.

Warranty information 

Unit replacement for Factory Issues only, provided the unit is in it original condition. not used or abused. Shipping mis handling is not covered. 

7 Days Unit replacement Warranty for factory issues like igniter, and steel tube holes (which does not happen) We do not accept returns if the product has been tampered, mis-used, abused in any sort. Shipping for replacement back and fort is covered by the buyer.
