Regular Santan / Cherry Santan

-We pack the plants as securely as possible.

-Please lower your expectations as this is a real living plant.

-Some of the leaves might get broken, get soft or turn yellowish during transit due to courier handling and other conditions.
Given this precautions, we do not refund plants that were damaged during the process of delivery.

-In case we have a wrong item delivered / missing item, please take a picture and send it to us. Give us a chance to fix the problem first before rating.
-We do not ship out replacements. We only do refund

Your order will be shipped within 2 days. 
-Normal lead time is 1 to 14 days after shipment.
-Cannot guarantee specific date of arrival.
