We can no longer commit same day shipment nor next day delivery due to quarantine guidelines. It may take us 1-2 days to ship your order, please bear with us.

Questions and Answers:

1. Why is the delivery taking too long?
We operate during the listed office hours, please be considerate of it before ordering. We cannot immediately process the product if the order is done past office hours, especially if on a friday evening.

2. Why is the box thickness only 1.5mm?
The 1.5mm thickness of the corrugated box is an industry standard.  It is the ideal and optimal thickness for all purposes.

3. Why are there dents in my package?
We assure you that we exercise the utmost care in processing your order. There maybe a moment where the package is damaged during the delivery and sorting process. We have already bubble wrapped the package at a reasonable number of layers. Unfortunately, the logistic center and some courier services would mishandle the delivery and sorting process. We continuously document the problem and have forwarded our concern to Shopee.
