✅6% is used for covering white hair or its a tone and tone hair color..
✅9% is oxidizer that lighten 2 to 3 level lighter. 
✅12% is an oxidizer that lighten 4 to 5 level lighter.

Aqua, hydrogen peroxide, cetyl lcohol,laureth-25,glyceryl stearate, disodium phospate,phenacetin,fragrance .
