Box itself (green packaging) is very thin that's why it's prone to dents. That's why we're putting extra diy cardboard for extra protection. As long cartridge is okay. Films output will be completely fine 
Dents are caused of mishandling fault of courier and its beyond seller fault. We make sure to pack your items safely.
We will send a video or a photo showing that the items is COMPLETE and BRAND NEW without any damages before we proceed in handing it over to the shipping courier.
