SHIPPING GUIDELINES***
*For provincial shipping (1-7 working days) please select NINJAVAN LOGISTICS (1kilo-5kilos only). There are some areas not covered by the courier so please ask your seller first before   placing orders.
*For orders more than 5kilos we advice you to seprate your orders.
*For Dry Dogfood/Catfood maximum of 3kilos per parcel.
*For small to large packing  please select NINJAVAN LOGISTICS must fit in  12’x 16.5’
  1 kilos-5 kilos only. For orders that do not fit, please contact seller immediately.
* Select GRAB for same day delivery to Metro Manila only. Maximum of 5kg only per delivery, volumetric weight is 25cm X 32cm X 12cm. 
* For Same day delivery more than 5kg pls contact us through Shopee chat.

Pets Unlimited Policy***
*Before making any payments it is important to please allow us to confirm your orders.
*Before shipment, Pets Unlimited will take a screenshot of your items to verify your orders through Shopee Chat. Please note that without your confirmation we will not ship the items.
*In the even that a parcel is lost or damaged items prior to delivery and receipt by the consignee and recipient. We the Pets Unlimited is not liable for this matter. In case of shipping delay it is not in our hands but will be willing to coordinate with you and the selected courier.
*Pets Unlimited shall ensure that all parcels and packages are well packed adequately and in accordance with the guidelines of each courier before shipping out. Thank you!
