IMPORTANT:

 • Please take note that once the items are shipped, we are not liable for any loss/damage of the items. (Still, we will help you coordinate contacting the courier. Also, you need to ask for help as well.) 

 • We will not track your order. Please check Shopee everyday for the status of your items.

 • If there is any concern regarding your items, please don’t hesitate to reach out before giving us a rating. 

 • Once you received the parcel, please sanitize and do an unboxing video starting to the sealed parcel incase there are damages or missing items, we can provide help and assistance. STRICTLY NO VIDEO, NO REFUND/EXCHANGE.

 • Lastly, don’t forget to click “order received” to release the payment to the seller, once you receive your package.
