SIZING: 
Pls check and choose carefully. To help you with the sizing, we put the actual length of the insole in centimeters for your reference. 
You may use a tape measure or a ruler to get your "current slipper's" length and compare it to the sizing indicated.

If you don't have a tape measure with you, you may:
WOMEN'S= ADD 1 SIZE
MEN'S= ADD 2 SIZES

**A separate video is included as well so you can see the actual video of the our item before selling. This will help you decide in colors, design etc..**

✔️Make sure to choose the correct color and size to avoid inconvenience. We may not be able to accommodate any request in change of color, 
item or size once the order is already placed. We will try our best but requests are not guaranteed.

✔️Pls take note that the color might be slightly different due to lighting and because the measurements are hand-measured, please allow 0.5 to 1 cm difference. 

✔️We have a dedicated team to get your order ready as fast as we can so you will receive it the soonest possible time.

✔️Please note that couriers are separate from our service. We have no control of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.

✔️Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours from the time you placed the order.

✔️In case, the order is damaged or no longer available, we will contact you first to give you an option before proceeding with your order. We DO NOT ship out random item not ordered.

✔️Pictures of your items will be sent via chat to ensure correctness in your order. Kindly check your inbox.
