1.	How to order? 
•	Check out your order then chat the seller for the name or logo to be engraved. 
2.	How to personalized engraving?
•	Fonts and Templates can be seen in the photo selection. Chat the seller for the name, font and templates to be engraved within 24 hours.  No advice regarding engraving, we’ll ship the item with no engraving. If you have special instructions, kindly message the seller upon placing the order.
3.	What’s the lead time?
•	We ship within 48 hours excluding holidays and Sundays. We process orders within 1-2days, and we wait for courier to pick up your item from our warehouse. It usually takes 7-10days for them to complete the delivery. You can also track your orders through the app. Please note that we are not in control of delivery. Thanks for understanding.
4.	Is engraving free? 
•	Free engraving up to 1x3 inches or 2x2 inches
5.	What is the wood finish? 
•	Treated with USP Grade Mineral Oil (Food Safe)
6.	What is engraving?
•	Engraving means “ukit” doesn’t necessarily black but you will feel/ touch the depth. 
7.	How to engrave personalized or company logo?
•	Send your CDR, PSD, JPEG, PNG.
8.	How to edit shipping details?
•	If you need to edit your shipping details after ordering, kindly cancel the order ASAP and reorder after editing the shipping details. Sadly, we cannot modify orders for our customers.
9.	Where’s my order?
•	You may track your order through your app. Just go to orders and click Track Package.
10.	Is this available?
•	As long as you can ADD to CART, it is available.
