Indications/Uses
For dietary management of undernutrition in premature infants 0-12 mth.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Reconstitution: 1 level scoop (8.8 cc, ave 4.97 g) to 29.57 mL water. Infant 8-10 kg 180-240 mL every 4-6 hr while awake, 6.5-8 kg 150-180 mL every 4-6 hr while awake, 5.5-6.5 kg 120-150 mL every 4-5 hr, 4.5-5.5 kg 80-120 mL every 3-4 hr, 3.5-4.5 kg 65-100 mL about every 3 hr, 2.5-3.5 kg 50-80 mL about every 3 hr, 2-2.5 kg 40-55 mL about every 3 hr.
