Emtrac plus, Silver Alloy, Zero Maintenannce Automotive batteries are manufactured in India. The factory is a state of art, fully integrated production facility where every finished component that go into the battery is manufactured in-house as listed below:

•	- Oxide manufacture to finished battery dispatch in one complex.
•	- Automation at every possible process and in all critical areas.
•	- Fully furnished in-house plastic injection molding.
•	- Govt. of India approved R&D Center for battery.
•	- Full fledged calibration and chemical labs to correct instruments and check material purity.
•	- Industrial VRLA SMF Battery Plant are certified for ISO/TS 16949 
•	- SPC and SQC techniques for all Significant/Critical Processes
•	 
The plant has a current capacity of 6 Million units of automotive batteries  and 3 Million units of motorcycle batteries per annum. The factory is original equipment supplier to Mercedes, Honda, Tata Motors, Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra, Leyland and several others.

The Emtrac Power range includes top end industrial and standby batteries for Telecom, Railways, Power Control, Motive Power, EPABX and also batteries for Solar Application. The factory is a supplier to APC, Siemens, Alstom, Crompton Greaves, APC, Numeric, DB Power, APLab, Electronics, Controls and many others
