Everything is authentic. Items are bought directly from Sephora, Ulta, Brand’s official websites, and from subscription boxes offered in the US like Sephora Play, Ipsy, Birchbox, etc. And it is the main reason why our prices are lower than others.

Everything is brandnew, some comes in sealed and or in a box while some are not. We never open products that are sealed. We probably opened one of the unsealed item that’s new in our inventory for photograpy purposes only but we always made sure that it is done carefully not to touch the product itself.

We do sell a mix of full size/sample/mini/deluxe/travel sized products but all of these are clearly shown in the pictures or stated in the description.

We always make sure that you will receive your order in perfect condition as described so we will wrap the products in a good layer of bubblewrap. We take pictures before wrapping the order but we usually don’t open it or take it out of the box to check for any damages because the expiration will start once opened. Just let us know if you want a picture of the inside. Please keep in mind, damage may happen while the order is in transit to you. If this happend, message us, we’re always here to help.

We are willing to send a copy of the official receipt of any full sized items but its honestly hard for us to keep track of the travel sized ones since we usually get those as gift with purchase or included in the subscription box. We can send batch code, please ask before you buy. Thank you!
