Directions:
Wash affected areas with Sulfur soap and warm water, allow soap to stay on skin for 2-3 mins. before rinsing off. Dry gently but thoroughly. Apply Bioderm Ointment liberally morning and night. 

*Use only twice a day, morning and night. 
If you use soap too often and too much you'll wash away these beneficial bacteria from your skin. And as a result, you make it harder for the skin to maintain a healthy balance. Using too much soap can also interfere with the skin's ability to absorb vitamin D. - Dr. S. Wong
