FAQs
Q: Can I ask a refund if I receive it broken?
A: Only if we fail to provide a picture of the product before shipping, we sent the wrong item/design, missing or incomplete item. 
If we provided a picture before shipping, that means we sent good item and it being broken is not our fault but rather the courier's fault.

Q: Can I add a name? Can it be personalized?
A: No.

Q: Can I ask for a discount?
A: This is the lowest we can offer. But we do participate in some sale promos and you can avail our products for as low as P65

Q: Is this securely wrapped?
A: Yes, we make sure to cover it with several layers of bubble wrap and make sure that the box has a fragile tape on to inform the courier to handle it with extra care.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: you can request for a refund if we fail to provide pictures before shipping, otherwise, please contact a Shopee agent to guide you on what to do regarding courier mishandling.
