It is this realization that demands inclusive, particular, optimistic, and careful definition of digital diplomacy.

In an era where society is connected to the internet, Information gives a strong grip because it can spread rapidly in seconds or minutes. Government, Especially institutions that deal with foreign policy issues should benefit from this situation because they will be able to expand the ideal digital diplomacy agenda, Governments can expand their message including foreign policy agenda and the public can have faster channels to connect with the government. Even relations between citizens and countries are currently negotiated from a distance. Digital technology leads to deterritorialization and retritorialization.
