HOW TO COOK
1. Boil 6kg of water.
2. Add 1kg Bubble T Black Tapioca Pearl, then mix gradually until sago floats.
3. Cover and continue cooking in medium fire for 35-38 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and cool for 30 minutes. Don't remove the cover.
5. Strain and rinse in running water.
6. Drain to remove excess water. Add 1 to 2 cups of refined sugar (375g-750g) depending on desired sweetness. You may also use Fructose Syrup or Muscovado Syrup.

STORAGE CONDITION
Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
