INSTRUCTIONS:
 
Clean the affected area and massage for 5 minutes before use.

Open tne packaging and paste the wormwood moxibustion patch on the corresponding parts of the body. Gently press the surrounding tape paste. The patch will start working within 5-10 minutes. Let the patch on your body for 6-8 hours, then take it off.

After use for nearly 30 minutes, please attach the temperature control paste on the center of the outer surface to reduce the temperature and prevent burns.

(Can be used as appropriate to your own feel temperature)
