Synopsis: Through this book, the author tries to provide knowledge regarding ergonomics and gradework techniques for analysis and work repairs for readers. The book consists of 11 Chapters with details of one chapter in advance, two focus chapters diskuss regarding movement study, seven chapters diskuss regarding time study and one chapter regarding work maps. This book is the development of the book entitled "Ergonomic: Time and Movement study for analysis and Work Repairs" previously written by author. Some added chapters include applications and standard time uses and work maps. In other chapters it is also added more images and illustrations so that the author hopes that the concept delivered can be more understandable by the reader. At the end of each chapter, it is also added a variety of variations about exercise so that readers can exercise themselves concepts presented to each chapter. The author hopes that the contents of this book can be beneficial to lecturers, researchers, practitioners and students interested in performing ergonomic research and time and movement.
