Essential Oils are natural oils from plant’s leaves, flowers, roots, barks or other parts of the plant. Essential Oils are produced by distillation, solvent extraction, absolute oil extraction, resin tapping, wax embedding, and cold pressing. Once extracted, these oils are highly concentrated.
  
AROMATHERAPY 
As essential oil have aroma, therefore they are used for psychological and physical well-being via inhalation. They have an effect on brainwaves and can alter the behavior. The olfactory properties of essential oils cause objective and subjective effects on cognitive performance and mood respectively.

HEALTH BENEFITS
Bergamot oil is most commonly used in aromatherapy for anxiety, nausea and vomiting, pain, and other conditions. Bergamot oil can also be used as a nasal decongestant when inhaled and an antibacterial agent when applied to the skin. In manufacturing, bergamot oil is used in perfumes, creams, lotions, soaps, and suntan oils.

Always DILUTE in a CARRIER OIL like Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Safflower Oil, Canola Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Wheatgerm Oil, Sunflower Oil, etc.
