7. For any items na naangat ang safety seal, it could be because parcels are tossed or binabalibag ng mga couriers once na mareceived nila sa depot. Hindi po kami nagbebenta ng nabuksan ng produkto and we do not cover for return or refund. 
8. We will send you pictures of items that you ordered before and after we pack and ship them.
