FAQs:
⭕️When will you ship my order?
We ship every Monday (or Tuesday) only.
We’re usually open Saturday night until Monday morning.
May change w/o prior notice.
No rush orders po for we have full time work.
If non-COD, please settle payments before Monday.

⭕️Pick-up failed due to (Item not ready for pick-up), what does it mean?
No rider arrived to pick-up the package on the scheduled date. 
It will be rescheduled the following day.

⭕️When will my order arrive?
You will see an estimated date of delivery under 
Order Details once your order has been picked-up 
by the courier. Sorry po, but we can not provide the exact delivery date as we only rely also on tracking updates
provided by the courier (can also be seen under Order Details).

⭕️I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?
You may cancel your order once as long as it hasn’t 
been scheduled for courier pick-up. Otherwise, the order is final.

⭕️I need to change my address, what should I do?
Under Order Details, click ‘Cancel Order’ and 
choose ‘Need to change delivery address’. 
You can change your address without having to
actually cancel your order (granted, the shipping fee 
for the new address will be equal or less in value and location is not drastically changed - to be determined by Shopee,
not by Seller).
As per Shopee, this feature is currently unavailable 
for some users. And will only work if your order hasn’t been booked for pick-up yet (assigned with shipping ID).
If you do not have this feature,
kindly cancel the order (if it’s still not scheduled for pick-up) 
and place a new one with your correct details.
So please, always double check before ordering. 😊

⭕️What is the last price? Do you provide discounts?
Posted price is last price. No haggling. No reservations.
We do conduct promos/holiday sales from time to time.
Please follow us for updates. 😊

⭕️I already paid, did you receive it?
Your payments (whichever channel used) go directly 
to Shopee. It will only be released to the Seller
once you click ‘Order Received’ under Order Details.
Furthermore, Shopee collects transaction/service fees; 
Not 100% of your payment goes to the Seller. 😊
