This humble opus entitled, Q and A in Taxation Law in the Past Ten Years, suggests simplified, concise, abridged and updated answers to previous bar questions taking into account the amendments under RA No. 10963 effective in 2018.  As former Taxation Law Examiner, the author underscores keywords or striking phrases which cut a wide swath with the examiner.   May this new book strike the right chord with the law students and bar examinees thereby bolstering their confidence in framing authoritative and plain answers to bar questions.
