If ever you will encounter receiving damaged items upon delivery, please let us know. We will try to find ways to solve the said problem. Also, I just want to say lang po na please DO NOT blame us and insist that we shipped it with damage. It’s simply because of the NEGLIGENCE of your chosen courier.
First and foremost, that is the reason why we send pictures before and after packing your item; just to SHOW AND PROVE to you that we do not really ship damaged items. And it is our conscience if we will do that. Sana lang po na before nyo kami iblame, please consider din po yung tiyaga namin to send pictures of your item with different angles kahit ang dami po naming orders. Kasi blaming us and insisting that we ship damaged item, that is the most painful thing on our part. I hope you understand that.
