AUTHENTIC TURKISH BAKLAVA - pre cooked (FROM TURKEY) 28 slices in a box
Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of filo pastry, filled with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey. It was one of the most popular sweet pastries of Ottoman cuisine.

Ingredients:
 Wheat flour, hydrogenerated vegetable oil, whole egg, corn starch, walnuts, salt, gluten.

PREPARATION: 
After removing your baklava from the package, leave it to heat for 8 minutes at a temperature between 180 celsius - 200 celsius. (For your oven to reach 180 celsius - 200celsius, heat it empty for 5 minutes.

For the Sherbet:
Pour 200ml (1 water glass) water, 350 gr (2 water glasses) sugar into any suitable container and let it boil. Close to the boiling point of the syrup, add 3-4 drops of lemon. The boiling time should be 1-2 minutes on low heat. Remove your baklava, which has remained in the oven for 8 minutes, and pour the boiling sherbet equally all over your baklava. Leave your baklava to cool. You can serve warm according to desire.
