		*Securely packing your order takes time especially for fragile/irregularly shaped items. We send photos of actual orders before and after packing for our reference.
		*Pick up & Delivery date will not always be accurate due to the volume of orders received daily (First in First out basis), courier assigned + schedule, delivery location and season (holidays, promo event). 
		ETD: 2-5 Days within Metro Manila upon shipping out; 5-10 Days for VisMin

		*Any delays and/or damages upon shipment were not in our control. Hence, the replacement of any damaged or lost item is not acknowledged by the shipper.
