NON-COD via JRS for national wide, shipping fee is based on actual charge by JRS; Xend/Zoom courier/Fastract for Metro Manila.
Shipping: We ship out at the earliest date following Shopee system; delay in courier is out of our control, pls be understanding. 
Ninja van/ Black Arrow/ Xpost: For Metro Manila, it takes around 3-5 days usually, sometimes may take up to 10days; Provincial area may take 5-10 days, up to 15days. 
Customer Support is open 9am-7pm, Mon-Sat. 

— Warranty & Guarantee:
We double check the items prior to ship out and pack this item well.
In general, 1 week warranty for all products unless specified in product page.
Seller shoulders the shipping fee for returning if its seller’s false; else, buyer shoulders the shipping fee.
For missing/wrong/damaged items caused by seller, ONLY REFUND to compensate.
Buyer's mishandling is NOT covered of warranty.
Loss/damaged items in the courier's transit is not included in the warranty policy.
