🌸 Shipment/Delivery
We book your orders for shipment as soon as our system receives it. Delivery time depends on courier chosen and location. Want to receive your items asap? We allow same day delivery! Free delivery available for supported areas. Inquire now. 

🌸 Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations and changes within 3 hours after placing the order until 6pm. After we have processed your order, we can't entertain cancellations. Please understand that your cancellation costs us money and energy😊

1. We pack and ship out several orders per day. Your cancellation means we need to locate your order and inform the packing assistant to pull-out or unpack your order.
2. Your orders are carefully checked and packed by hand. We spend time to pack them, and extra time if we need to unpack them. We end up with packaging materials we can't reuse so they just become trash. 😢
