We will send you pictures of the product before and after the items are packed for pickup to ensure no visible damages when left our distribution center.

For sealed items, we will ask for your permission to inspect the product. Should we receive no response before the carrier picks up the item will result to a direct ship without inspection.

We suggest to take a video on products upon receiving, unpacking and unboxing. This protects both buyers and sellers. Failure to do so will give the seller reason to decline return and refunds.
