Good for arthritis, menstrual cramps, reliver pain, gastritis, dysmenorrhea, rheumatism, swelling, fever, etc.

It can be used many times in both hot and cold environment. 
TO ACTIVATE: 
(HOT COMPRESS)
Put it on in boiling water 5-15mins with cloth or until  gel dissolved 100%.
If some crystals are left, you may re-boil for 1-2 minutes until all crystals are dissolve. (if some crystal left, it will automatically activating)
Remove and allow your Heat Pack to cool. Once cooled, your heat pack may be used again.

(COLD COMPRESS)
Activate the heat pack and put it on the freezer or put it to freezer directly without activating the pad.
