When my item will be shipped? 
Once your order is already approved by Shopee  Please wait for your items to be arranged within 2 to 4 business days, we will inform you if we still need more time to ship your order. No rush orderd, please schedule your orders in advance to avoid delays.

All Items are in good condition and properly packed. We always make it a habit to make sure that we ship out items with no damages. 

ORDER EXCEEDED
XPOST doesn't accept bulky packages and we should limit the number of items to order per pouch.
If exceeded lessen the quantity and kindly place a new order.

FRAGILE ITEMS
We wrap your fragile orders with cartons, we also add bubble wrap if it still needs more protection. 
In case of damage pls. report the courier to Shopee and ask for courier refund for mishandling the item.
