Upon receipt of the package, please check...
1. for any signs of tampering
2. if the way bill is positioned in the flap for pouch or top side of box 
3.  just to be safe, take a photo/video of the package before opening. so that if there is anything missing or damaged, you can easily file a claim with shopee

For Refunds, do not forget to take a video of the package with waybill. shopee needs it for investigation
