● Is it Onhand and Official Merchandise?
- YES. All our products are onhand and official. Usually from Ktown4u, YG, Weverse or other shops that collaborated with treasure.
● When will you ship my order?
- Items are listed as pre order so we could have time to pack it. After scheduling the item for pick up, we can no longer accept cancellation if it’s requested on the same day it is scheduled for pick up.
● Damaged item?
- We will send you a photos and videos of your item/s before and after packing. This is will packed securely.
NOTE THAT SOME PC HAVE MINIMAL MARKS DUE TO YGS PACKAGING.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE ON ANY DAMAGE/LOST DURING SHIPMENT.
