Product Description

Traditional Vietnamese Highland coffee - Strong coffee is slow brewed and served with sweetened condensed milk and ice. ☕️ Recommend to brew using our “Phin” - the metal Vietnamese coffee filter to enjoy the best brewing experience and create the best authentic taste of Vietnamese coffee: https://shopee.ph/product/239106109/7962352089?smtt=0.239111469-1611277719.9 ☕️ Instructions (for 1 Serving) Ingredients (all are available at our shop): - 4 tsp coffee (20gram - or more if you like strong flavor) - 2 tsp condensed milk - Vietnamese coffee filter (Phin) - 60ml boiling water Let’s brew: Step 1: Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a glass. Step 2: Add 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (20gram) to the base of the coffee press, shake it gently to spread the coffee evenly. Screw on the press tight. The coffee should be packed well, but don’t make it too tight (85% tight should be enough) Step 3: Wet the grounds just a little bit with some boiled hot water (20ml). Wait for the coffee to swell. Step 4: Pour boiled hot water into the coffee press (40ml). Cover the lid and Wait. It will drip veeerrrry slowly. It takes 3-5 minutes to finish brewing. Step 5: Once it’s finished, stir well. Pour over a tall glass filled with ice and enjoy! --- About HIGHLAND Highlands Coffee, Vietnam's largest coffee chain, specializes in traditional and authentic Vietnamese coffees. Rare and uniquely Vietnamese coffee variaties are lovingly cultivated and then processed using traditional methods for fully-developed flavor. The Ca phe da (black coffee) or Ca phe sua da (sweetened with condensed milk) which means iced coffee, is prepared using a Phin brewer, a single-serve metal drip filter. Hot water is added to the ground beans in the coffee chamber and the filter produces a rich, black brew which drips slowly from the filter into the cup. It is stirred and poured over ice. Vietnamese coffee is not for the grab-and-go caffeine fiend: the slow dripping of the beans forces one to be patient until the cup is half full, with little choice but to enjoy your drink at a leisurely pace. #vietnamesecoffee #coffee #healthycoffee #coffeeground #filteredcoffee #phin #highland #highlandcoffee #coffeeshop #coffeeaddict #espresso
