Use 1 Bleaching Powder + 6% double oxidizer, following 1-2 mixing ration, mix and apply evenly. Apply the mixture from hair root to tips and leave for 45 minutes after, it will reach 8 degrees of hair color. if the desired color has not shown after 45 minutes, use another pack of bleaching powder + 9% double oxidizer, following the 1-2 mixing proportion, mic and apply evenly. Leave for another 40 minutes.
