These are soybeans used to make soy milk and taho. Please read , we will only respond to new questions. Commonly asked questions: 1. How do you make taho? *i use 100g-200g (roughly half cup) soya beans to make 1 liter of soya milk. The more concentrated, the better. Pour this hot soya milk into a solution of calcium sulfate. Make sure that you poured in such a way that the Calcium sulfate solution is mixed into the soy milk well. Do not stir. No Stirring needed. Allow it to rest. Your taho will be ready to serve in 5 minutes *(please make your own research, we will not be liable) 2. How many kilos in a pouch? 50 kilos maximum. However, the shipping cost exponentially increases as the package gets heavier. 3. How will the beans be packed? The soya beans will be packed 500g, we will wrap it further with paper or recycled plastic. please message during shipping, not thru chat if you want them packed in bulk. 4. When will you ship? Normally without ECQ, we ship next working day. 5. When will i receive my order? Normally 2-7 days. Please track your package thru the courier website using the tracking number. 6. When is the expiration of the beans? you may refrigerate up to 6 months. 7. Will they sprout? in our experience yes. 8. Will they grow? Yes they grow in Philippine soil. 9. What is the difference between Calcium Sulfate from Japan and Calcium Sulfate from China? Japanese Calcium Sulfate for Japanese Tofu Uses 25g/L. Less aftertaste. Shanghua Calcium Sulfate for taho(like that of taho vendor) uses 5g per liter of soya milk has a little taste characteristic of taho from taho 10. Can we use agar agar or gulaman powder to make taho? Yes, you may add agar agar to soy milk before boiling. Stir with a wire whisk until dissoved completely. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Refrigerate after. The taste is not characteristic of taho though.
