Snow swallow / Tragacanth Gum Snow swallow is a gum secreted from the Gum Tragacanth. This gum is rich in hyaluronic acid and nutrients helping our skin to retain moisture. It's called snow swallow because it is white in colour and its functions are as good as bird’s nest. It can nourish lung, eat often to achieve smooth and elastic skin, improve the digestion and intestinal absorption. Suggested Preparation: 1. Soaked in water for 8-10 hours (may need tosoake longer for big pieces). 2. After completely soaked, it will become a long strip of crystal clear and thin filaments like bird's nest.
