Indications/Uses In acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and of the respiratory tract, also as supplementary measure in antibacterial therapy. Dosage/Direction for Use Sinupret: Unless otherwise prescribed: Adults: 2 dragees 3 times daily. Children of School Age: 1 dragee 3 times daily. Sinupret dragees are to be swallowed whole with some liquid, if necessary. Sinupret Forte: Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 years: 1 dragee 3 times per day. Sinupret Forte dragees are to be taken unchewed with some liquid (e.g. a glass of water). Patients with a sensitive stomach are advised to take Sinupret Forte dragees after meals.
