How to make molds with silicone rubber RTV-52:
-Prepare The model that the duplicate will make first. Model can be made of anything, for example: candles, plasters, concrete, resin, wood, metal, plastic, porcelain, ceramic, glass, natural stones, as well as from rubber silicone material itself
Then the model is cleaned. Broken model parts covered with filler (plasticine)
-Prepare Box / place to pour the silicone rubber RTV-52. When there is a cavity, cover it with plasticine. Then put the model in the middle.
-Stir Silicone rubber RTV-52 before use and shake catalyst bottle.
Rtv-52 and catalyst rubber silicone weight precisely. Catalyst use by 3-4%. For example: The silicone rubber RTV-52 is as much as 1 kg, then the catalyst used as much as 30-40 gr.
The more catalyst is used, then silicone rubber will be the faster it hardens (cured), but it will reduce the quality of the rubber silicone. So catalyst who's too much will reduce mold quality.
