Directions:
Instructions: . Use 1 bottle for 2 lb. dry fabric. For dark or bright colors, double dye quantity. Add 1 cup salt to dyebath for cotton, rayon, ramie, linens or blends. Add 1 cup vinegar to dyebath for nylon, silk or wool. Stove-top method is suggested when dyeing nylon at a higher temperature. Not recommended for 100% polyester, acrylic, acetate or fabrics with special finishes, rubber-backing, cold water wash, or labeled Dry Clean Only. If in doubt, test dye a swatch. Never pour dye on a fabric. Rit® will stain plastic, fiberglass or worn porcelain tubs. Use Rit® Color Remover before dyeing to lighter or different color. Wash dyed items separately in cool water. Wear rubber gloves. Shake well before using
