Output Voltage Regulation:
Adjust the CV-ADJ potentiometer and set the output voltage to your desired voltage according to your battery or LED. Clockwise decrease, counterclockwise increase.
Output Current Regulation:
Turn the CC-ADJ potentiometer clockwise for about 20 turns to set the output current to the minimum value and connect it to the LED, adjust CC-ADJ potentiometer to the required current. For charging the battery, connect the output after discharging the battery, then adjust the CC-ADJ to the current you need.
