Our Redman Macron Mix contains sugar, egg white powder and cream of tartar amongst other ingredients, is easy to use, and reduces the number of separate ingredients you'll need to make macrons. This product is made in Singapore. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to Use
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius. Whisk 80ml of water with 250g of Redman Macron Mix in a high speed mixer until peaks form. Fold 90g of superfine almond powder into this mix. Pipe this mix into desired shapes and let them rest for 1 hour. Bake for about 10 minutes.
