STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
➢ Keep the Churro Batters & Dips Frozen.
➢ Thaw the Churro Batters in the refrigerator for at least 10-12 hours before frying.
➢ NEVERY FRY FROZEN CHURRO BATTERS.
Churro Batters fried straight out of the freezer will not be cooked evenly.
COOKING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
CHURROS
➢ Fill the Cooking Pan or Deep Fryer with Cooking Oil enough to deep fry the Churros.
➢ Heat the Cooking Oil in Pan at medium high heat for 5 minutes before frying. For Deep
Fryers, heat the Cooking Oil at One Hundred Sixty (160) degrees Celsius for five (5)
minutes before frying.
➢ Deep fry the Churros Batters for five (5) minutes or until golden brown at Medium
High or One Hundred Sixty (160) degrees Celsius.
➢ Remove and drain the Cooked Churros in a paper towel or Oil Strainer when done.
➢ Sprinkle the Cooked Churros with Cinnamon Sugar or Plain Sugar before serving.
DIPS
➢ Soak the dip pouch in hot water until warm. The dip may also be transferred in a microwavable container and re-
heat it for fifteen (15) – thirty (30) seconds.
