COOKING TIPS:
STEAMED RICE - Measure 1 cup of rice to 200 ml water. Soak for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Rinse well until water runs clear. Drain well. Steam, do not cover while steaming. Turn off steamer and leave rice cover for 15-20 minutes before serving. Use Japanese rice cooker for better taste result.
SUSHI RICE - Follow steps on making steamed rice. Add a little salt, sugar & seasoned vinegar to each cup of steamed rice. Mix well while rice is still hot. (Until vinegar is equally absorbed)
FRIED RICE - Follow steps on making steamed rice. Fry meat in cooking oil. Add chopped green and red peppers. Add steamed rice and stir. Add onions and egg to improve taste.
