Q: Are they brand new?
NO. These clothes are Pre-loved/Thrifted/Ukay-ukay only. That said, make sure to wash before you wear and PLEASE MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Given na po na may mga flaws (Washable stains, missing buttons, broken zippers etc) pero I always make sure na bawas na po sa price. BAWAL PO DITO ANG MAARTE SA DAMIT! Kung gusto niyo po ng perfect/brand new quality, sa mall po kayo bumili. Online shopping is always a hit or miss.
Q: COD ba kayo?
Yes po. For hassle-free transaction, our shop offers Cash on delivery via Black Arrow Integrated ONLY.
Q: What’s your Courier?
For now we only have BLACK ARROW INTEGRATED. If Black Arrow does not deliver in your area, pasensya na po. Hindi po kayo makakapag order sa shop na’to. Yun lang po talaga ang available courier namin.
Q: How much SF to (insert location)?
Est. shipping fee po ni Black Arrow is P105 (Luzon), P145-165 (Visayas), P165-185 (Mindanao).
Q: When will my items be shipped?
Within 1-2 days po. After ma-ship out ang mga orders niyo, hindi na po kami ang may hawak kundi ang courier. Huwag po isisi sa shop namin ang performance ni Black Arrow.
Q: Kelan madedeliver yung order ko? ETA?
Black Arrow delivers in 3-5 working days. Pero usually, umaabot po ng isang linggo or more kapag malayo po kayo sa Tarlac. Again, huwag po isisi ang late deliveries saamin kasi within 1-2 days, napa shipout na po namin ang mga orders niyo at hindi na namin po namin sila hawak.
Q: Hanggang kelan ang Reservation?
Until TUESDAY only—No checkout on Tuesday, auto cancel na po. In some cases, we allow up to 3 days IF (and only if) you have a valid reason. Hindi po namin pinapaabot until next live ang reservations.
Q: How do I join Shopee Live?
Kindly read the third picture posted above.
Q: Pwede ba mag-cancel?
NO!!! STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS! You will be listed as a bogus buyer/joy reserver and will be reported/blocked if you do. So only join the live if you are 101% sure na kukunin niyo talaga ang mga na-reserved niyo.
Q: “The customer is always right!”
NO. That saying does not apply to our shop. As much as possible, we go above and beyond just to accommodate all of our customers but not to the point that we are taken advantage of. If you are not satisfied with our services, you are free to leave our page.
Q: Bakit hindi mo naman ako ina-update sa order ko?
Ma’am/Sir, as a buyer, you also have a responsibility to keep an eye out for your parcel. It’s an easy thing to do naman po. Just click the ‘Order details’ and then click the ‘Shipping Information’.
