For all live plants order please note the following:
1. No cancellation of orders once processed
2. Please select other logistics so we can use LBC/JRS
3. For JNT orders please be reminded shipping would take 1 to 2 weeks.
4. We are shipping from Digos City Davao del SUr. We pack the plants securely.
But we don't guarantee to deliver the plants in their prestine condition.
Especially if it's taking 5 or more days to your location.
5. Take a vid when opening the package, so when the plant is 100% rotten or dried up you will have a proof and I will issue a refund or send a new one for orders with other logistics as shipping courier.
6. Uprooted. No soil and no pot included.
To help the uprooted plant recover:
1. Immediately take the plant from the packaging once received.
2. Soak with water for a few hours.
3. Plant it to a well drained garden soil mix.
4. Place it in a bright spot but not direct to sunlight.
5. Recovery takes 2-4 weeks.
