We will be using the cotton canvas for other items such as HTV prints and if you require plain ones for hand-painting. But for this listing, we are using a special HACS poly-canvas for cleaner look, quality prints, and longevity as our poly-canvas is thicker than the usual cotton canvas. If you want to avail the free design, then we can only give you some options from our pre-designed themes or follow our design and go policy, meaning, we design, send you the file, make some minimal changes if necessary, and approve it for production. Please understand that designing consumes a lot of time so please respect that free services cost us money and energy. Therefore, if you want better and super-detailed design, we will need to charge extra for that. 3. Some digital images maybe in RGB color settings, while our printers are using CMYK, therefore few percentage of the image "brightness" settings will be lost as there will be materials involved in the process.
