Tafuco Kalimantan (taco nomie) is a food or more precisely cooking seasoning. This tauco is made of soybean that has been fermented. Soybeans that have been boiled, refined and stirred with a little wheat flour, then silenced until mold growth. Ferment tauco by being soaked with salt water then sunbathed for a few weeks until the signature tauco scent comes out and the color has changed.
Tafuco Kalimantan (taco nomie) has a whole and light brown soy grain form, and this tauco is more juicy and unthick like tauco that is commonly sold in glass bottle packaging. Kalimantan knows tends to be salty and commonly used as flavoring seasoning such as for fish or chicken, but it can also be mixed with vegetables.
