Product Description
Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) are used for the replacement of water losses at the first signs of diarrhea to prevent dehydration. Used for children and adults, ORS is available in different doses to replenish with the corresponding volumes of drinking water.
Recommendations
The ORS are in a dose of 20.5 g, 10.25 g or 4 g to be reconstituted respectively in 1 liter, 500 ml or 200 ml of drinking water.
The administration of ORS should take place as soon as liquid stools appear.
It is recommended to continue administering fluids until diarrhea is stopped.
Preparation and use
Dissolve the entire contents of one sachet in the associated volume of drinking water. To reconstitute at one time, in full.
Drink one liter of solution / day for the first two days of diarrhea. It is recommended to continue administering fluids until diarrhea is stopped.
Discard the solution 24 hours after preparation.
