Brand new but may not be scratch-free. Some colors, mostly, White and Light Bluish Gray colors may have slight discoloration due to prolonged storage. These are normal discoloration inherent with these colors. Even New and Sealed LEGO sets can have discoloration. *I am not very particular with mold variations, I may lump parts with different part number (or mold) to a lot that do the same function. Please message me if you want a specific part number and I'll try to check it for availability. **READ OUR TERMS BELOW*** By placing an order from our store, you as the buyer agrees with the following terms: 1. We should not be rated based on courier performance: a. Delivery time - we ship the item 1-3 days (excluding holidays) after your order. Estimated time of delivery for Metro Manila 3-5 days, outside MM 1-2 weeks. We have no control over the day and time of delivery. We can assist you on following up your order from Shopee if it is over the estimated delivery time; but that is all we can offer. b. Handling of item - We provide adequate protection for your packages. Boxed items are bubble-wrapped with additional external box. Small items are bubble-wrapped. Dents on boxes can still occur when the courier mishandles your item and we should not be blamed for something we cannot control. 2. We should not be rated based on the quality of item WHEN IT IS ALREADY STATED IN THE PRODUCT TITLE AND/OR DESCRIPTION. (eg. when the product is stated as USED and you still expect it to be in mint condition). 3. Rating us lower than 5 stars requires a reasonable explanation outside the terms already stated above. You don't rate us 4 or 3 stars on a whim for the same reason you don't give an average rating on an exam for no reason. We begin at 5 stars and then reduce the star(s) per error, just like exams. We online sellers rely on reputation to attract customers. We are serious about our rating. If you order our item, please make sure someone is available to receive it. The courier will deliver your order for 2 attempts only and will be returned to us if no one receives it.
